Help Us Build a Baseball Program That Endures
My name is Tom McGraw, and I’m honored to serve as the head coach at Clark College. My journey through baseball has taken me from playing college baseball at Washington State University, through eight years of professional baseball, including time in Major League Baseball, and ultimately into coaching and mentoring young men.

Throughout that journey, I’ve learned that baseball is about far more than throwing a baseball, winning games, or developing statistics. It is about character, discipline, accountability, perseverance, leadership, and learning how to respond when life doesn’t go according to plan.
That is the kind of program I want to build at Clark. My vision is to help create a baseball program that develops players and prepares men—a program built on high standards, strong relationships, servant leadership, and a commitment to excellence both on and off the field.
I want our players to leave Clark College better prepared not only to continue their baseball careers, but to succeed in their education, their families, their careers, and their communities.

Why We Need Your Help
Building a program that can truly make a lasting difference requires resources. Junior college baseball programs operate with limited budgets, and many of the things that can dramatically improve a player's experience and development require funding beyond what the school can provide. Equipment, technology, training resources, travel, player development opportunities, facility improvements, team needs, and other program expenses all add up.
